We’ll start with a very gentle yoga class with Julie B. Albert, accompanied by live ambient meditative music by Shawn Zappo.

Julie will offer Reiki and Sound Therapy while in Savasana (Resting pose) to close out the Yoga and Sound healing journey. 

Option to stay after class and enjoy a delicious botanical elixir.
