About the event
Francesca will lead a slow and gentle yin yoga class followed by Breathwork, an active meditation with Jackie.
Both Jackie and Francesca will provide reiki to attendees during the Breathwork portion of our workshop.
Francesca is a 300 hour YTT graduate and a Reiki Master Teacher.
Jackie is trained in Revelation Breathwork , Hypnosis, NLP, Time Line Therapy(r) and Reiki 1
