Inner child Breathwork and hypnosis :

Breathwork is an active meditation that will be used to help us get to a calm state in preparation for hypnosis.

Hypnosis works directly with the unconscious mind to create long term, sustainable change.

For this group session, we will be focusing on inner child healing and talking directly to the younger version of you.
