Journey to Bliss with Jeanette Sealy

Join us at Ethos for Journey Into Bliss, a deeply nourishing evening of Yoga Therapy with Thai Massage. You will be led by Jeanette Sealy through therapeutic breathwork, a somatic warmup, and a series of restorative postures to cultivate bliss and resilience. In the restorative portion, you will receive some hands-on Thai Yoga Massage Therapy to deepen the experience of serenity. The evening will close with an elixir-infused communal space. We encourage you to bring your favorite blanket and pillow for comfort. 

ABOUT JEANNETTE: Jeanette Sealy(CIAYT, LMT, YACEP, E-RYT500) is an alchemist, serving others in the transmutation of darkness to light. She is a purveyor of the healing arts with a mission to remind everyone of their inherent wholeness. Jeanette is an Internationally Certified Yoga Therapist, Licensed Massage Therapist, Thai Massage Practitioner, Reiki Healer, and Healing Oil Facilitator. Jeanette is the founder of a 300-Hour Professional Yoga Therapy Foundations Training, The Nourish Collective Podcast, and The Lotus Experience - Transformational Retreats. She has over thirty years of experience as a devoted Yoga practitioner and it is her core belief that our greatest task is to care for ourselves so deeply that we uplift and inspire those around us to do the same.
