Release & Cleanse: An Evening of Breathwork & Reiki

Join us for our monthly Breathwork and Reiki workshop.

Breathwork facilitator, Jackie Bilancia, will guide us through the session using a three part breathing technique used to release anxiety and stress. This technique will also help connect you to your intuition and gain clarity.

Breathwork is an active meditation that will cleanse your emotional and spiritual bodies while removing stagnant energy.

Keli Skellinger, owner of Maitrisage — Massage + Reflexology, NJ LMT and Reiki Master, will offer white light reiki throughout the workshop to gently support your energetic body for deeper alignment.

Keli will assess your chakras at the beginning + end of the workshop, so you can witness your energetic shifts in real time.

Please be sure to bring a yoga mat, wear comfortable clothing, & bring a journal for integrating and processing at the end of our session.
