Release & Cleanse: An Evening of Breathwork & Reiki

Join us as breathwork facilitator, Jackie Bilancia, guides us through the alchemical power of breathwork to cleanse & transform stagnant energy. Keli Skellinger of Maitrisage Massage + Reflexology will offer white light reiki throughout the workshop to gently integrate your energy for deeper alignment.

Breathwork is an active meditation that will cleanse your emotional and spiritual bodies while removing stagnant energy.

Combine with reiki, Keli will align your chakras and wash away stress and anxiety. White Light Reiki is a therapeutic form of energy work in which a Reiki practitioner administers the laying on of hands (which is often experienced through the senses of light, color, warmth, or vibration) to heal chakra imbalance. Chakra imbalance can lead to physical, emotional, and mental dis-ease. Through White Light Reiki, chakras are realigned and opened in an effort to return to a natural state of homeostasis. 

Chakras are assessed by means of a pendulum. The direction of the pendulum dictates the state of each chakra — whether it be closed, opened or overexerting energy (an energetic bleed). Note — Chakra assessment is a beautiful way to witness your energy in real time. White Light Reiki is performed to bring each chakra back into open alignment. 

Please be sure to bring a yoga mat, wear comfortable clothing, & bring a journal for integrating insights that may arise during the workshop.
