Join us for a magical night of healing led by your guides, Gabby & Deandra. As you move through an hour of yin yoga, each pose is held 3-5 minutes & meant to turn you inward while releasing your fascia tissue. Reiki healing will be targeted to each pose’s corresponding chakra center.
