Delve into the peaceful art of tea ceremony, also known as Cha Dao, or “The Way of Tea.” The Way of Tea is a silent practice of drinking tea, gently guided by nature and your senses to facilitate deeper calm and awareness. The tea plant for our journey, camellia sinensis, is a beautiful teacher that invites us to come together and share space, presence, and heartfelt intention.
