Breathwork are breathing techniques that’ll immediately affect your sense of clarity, connection, and peace. Through breathwork sessions, you’ll discover a natural remedy for stress and anxiety, along with greater self-awareness, love, and compassion.
Breathwork is used to:
release anxiety and stress
connect to your intuition
connect, process and release emotions
remove toxins from your body
raise your vibration
A typical breathwork session consists of 3 parts:
1. The first part includes an introduction explaining how to do the active breathing technique. Here Jackie will demonstrate how to do the Belly, Chest, Exhale breathing and ask you to complete it before we get started. But it would also be beneficial to look at this demonstration here. During this time, you will also set an intention for the session.
2. The second part consists of the active breathing portion. It is accompanied by positive, upbeat music played at a loud volume & is concluded with a primal scream. This will help release any stagnant energy.
3. In the third part, the active breathing technique stops and breathing returns to normal. Softer music is played and this time is used to process the healing that just occurred. You will have time at the end of this session for processing & integration.
Please keep in mind that there are some contraindications for breathwork. If you have any of the following, please reach out to your primary doctor before your session:
High blood pressure
Recent injury or surgery
Any conditions for which you take regular medications
History of panic attacks, psychosis
Severe mental illnesses
Family history of aneurism
Coronavirus or flu-like symptoms

Timeline Therapy/Breathwork Session - Breathwork will help get you into a meditative state so that we can integrate with your unconscious mind for sustainable, lasting change. This will be integrated with hypnosis or time line therapy to remove limiting beliefs, negative emotions or change your habits.
120 min - $300

Weekly Classes - Group breathwork sessions are an excellent & affordable way to both begin & sustain a consistent practice. They are offered weekly on Mondays at 7:30pm & Fridays at 9:15am.
